I meet the requirements - my home of record is NJ but I no longer live there due to PCS - I am paying for my own place down south. I don't maintain property in NJ and visit less than 30 days out of the year.
It asks for two addresses - military and abode. My abode would be my current address at my PCS duty station - got it. Would my military address be my home of record back in NJ?
Yes ask finance I know yada yada they're not working on Sundays and I'd like to print it out before work tomorrow.
Thanks

I just called the California DMV and asked this same question. To avoid the CA sales tax you need to either; 1. Flat bed the vehicle out of California and then register it in Oregon or 2. Have the dealer deliver it to you out of the state of California. (I'm thinking of having it delivered just across the border in Ashland.) Essentially, you can not operate the vehicle in California before it gets registered… Read More
